JetBlue lost my kids suitcase. I saved for months to be able to afford to take them to NY and now most of their warm clothes are gone. When we checked in at JFK, apparently JetBlue only counted 5 bags, so we only got receipts for 5 bags. Even though the bag had our name, address, phone, etc., and we've given them a description of the bag and its contents, they don't want to reimburse us. They are actually asking for receipts for the contents. GIVE ME A BREAK!! The clothes weren't new. I am not asking for money. What I need is clothes for my boys. They are 4 & 6. They wear 4, 5 or 6. Anything would help. Used is fine. I do most of my shopping at thrift stores anyway but unfortunately I haven't found one with much of a selection of boys clothes.
