Samantha Doll & accessories
Samantha doll wears a checked taffeta dress, long black stockings, and black shoes with ankle straps. She is 18 inches tall and has a soft, huggable body with arms and legs you can pose. Brush her long, wavy hair and tie it up with a big bow.
Samantha’s fancy hat is made of burgundy plush and trimmed in ribbons of rose, dove gray, and gold. Samantha carries a rose velvet purse with a golden chain that slips over her wrist. Tucked inside is a beautiful handkerchief with embroidered flowers and a shiny reproduction Indian head penny, a coin used during Samantha’s time.
Samantha Book Set Paperback
The perfect way to learn about Samantha is with a complete set of her six books in an attractive slipcase. Set includes Meet Samantha; Samantha Learns a Lesson; Samantha’s Surprise; Happy Birthday, Samantha!; Samantha Saves the Day; and Changes for Samantha.
Cranberry Party Dress
Samantha’s taffeta party dress is tied with a wide satin sash and trimmed with beautiful lace and elegant ruffles. A pair of white stockings and a wide satin hair ribbon finish her Christmas finery.

For Christmas, Samantha longs for the beautiful doll she sees in the window of the toy store. It’s made of porcelain with movable arms and legs. In her arms she carries a tiny wooden nutcracker.
Plaid Cape & Gaiters
Samantha looks like a sophisticated city girl in her cape of Black Watch plaid. It’s trimmed with a navy soutache braid and ties with a silk cord. When she goes skating in Central Park, slip her plaid gaiters over her shoes to keep her legs warm.

Samantha’s stylish hat and muff made of make-believe fur are the perfect accessories. Nothing could be prettier or cozier for a young Victorian lady!

Samantha’s taffeta birthday dress is covered with a crisp white pinafore. There are even party socks to go with it. But the crowning glory of this outfit is the circlet of rosebuds that once belonged to Samantha’s mother.
Flannel School Dress
Samantha wears a gray flannel dress with bright white collar and cuffs to school. It has a pleated skirt and placket front, both topstitched in white. Six buttons march down the bodice of the dress below a perky bow. The dress comes with a wide black satin hair ribbon for a formal finishing touch.
Middy Dress With Tam
Very Victorian girl had a middy dress, a very popular style in 1904. Samantha’s is trimmed in black braid with an anchor, a crest, and stars on the back of the big square collar. A shiny brass bo’s’n’s whistle hangs on a cord around her neck. Add her sailor’s tam for an outfit that’s truly shipshape!
High Button Shoes
High button shoes in black and white are a stylish part of Samantha’s wardrobe.
Samantha’s Play Dress
Samantha wears proper clothes even when she’s playing. Her dress of blue and white windowpane check is covered with a ruffly play pinafore. A matching hairbow and a pair of white socks complete her outfit.
Christmas Music Box
One of Samantha’s special presents on Christmas morning is a bright red album of carols. This miniature version has tiny pages filled with Christmas songs that American girls have been singing for more than a hundred years. At the back of the album is a tiny wind-up music box that plays Samantha’s favorite carol, “O Christmas Tree.”
Samantha’s Bed
Samantha sleeps in a shiny brass-plated bed. It’s a four-poster with a curvy Victorian headboard. Her soft white mattress is covered with a lace-trimmed spread tufted with pink ribbons. Her fluffy pillow is edged in ruffles, lace, and ribbons, too.
Samantha’s Trunk
This elegant Victorian steamer trunk is covered in gray Cordura with brown, leatherlike trim, fitted with brass-plated hardware, and lined in a burgundy print. Inside are three drawers, a built-in shelf, an oval brass mirror, and three wire hangers. The trunk is big enough for you to keep Samantha in, too!

Molly’s bright red schoolbag has a handle and a shoulder strap. There’s plenty of room inside for her three-ring notebook that holds real paper. Snap open the rings and slip the blue canvas pencil case onto them. The pencil case has a zipper so Molly’s eraser and pencils—one colored and two regular ones—won’t fall out. Help Molly practice her math with a pack of tiny flash cards. Her English book is 32 pages long and is filled with pictures and exercises for you to read and do with Molly. If Molly works hard, you can give her an A on her report card.
Molly’s School Desk
The top of Molly’s desk lifts up so all of her school supplies and books fit inside. There’s a pencil groove in the top, and the seat swivels so she can make a quick getaway for recess!

This brilliant blue taffeta gown is the one Felicity dreams of wearing to the Governor’s Palace. It’s trimmed with blue satin pleating and dainty lace on the sleeves and bodice. Since colonial girls had few clothes, they often freshened up a dress with a new stomacher. Felicity’s stomacher has pink ribbons and pearl beads and snaps into the bodice of her gown, creating a new look. The pretend pearl necklace, and dainty pinner cap complete her outfit.
Kirsten’s Summer Dress & Straw Hat
This cool summer dress with blue stripes, short sleeves, and tiny oval buttons is just right for hot days. Top it off with the straw hat that Kirsten longed for. It’s trimmed with a black ribbon and a bunch of bright cherries.
