We got this as a gift in nearly new condition. Perfect for the first two months, especially after a C-Section (which I had). We loved having our new baby between us in bed. Then we put it in the crib for a transition from our bed to the BIG CRIB. Now he sleeps in his crib like a charm! You can also put it on the couch, etc. The picture is a different color than the one I have, which is light blue and no prints. The sheet is white. You can buy extra sheets for it at various websites or use a pillow case. E-mail me if interested. (Cash only if you buy it.)
"Baby Delight Snuggle Nest. This compact infant bed is designed to help protect babies while co-sleeping, by reducing the hazards of the adult bed. Features include rigid protective walls, firm mattress, an envelope sheet, washable quilted cover, and an open end for touching and soothing. This 3lb. bed folds into a small case for easy portability and goes everywhere, including daycare, hotels, and eventually into the crib as a transitional tool, helping infants adjust to a new bed. Later, use the product for a changing area. The Snuggle Nest provides an extra sense of security for preemies, convenience for nighttime feedings, and a great tool that promotes bonding with infants by keeping them close. Use the Snuggle Nest as a co-sleeping aide: the product is placed at the adult head level, removing baby from harmful bedding, body heat, and the "rollover zone". Three firm walls block interference from pillows and also, entrapment between the adult mattress and headboard. An open end allows both parents to cuddle, soothe, and feed baby throughout the night without leaving the bed. Other features include a firm mattress, envelope sheet, and a washable, quilted cover. Use the Snuggle Nest as a crib insert: When parents are ready to transfer baby into his own room, they can simply place the Snuggle Nest into his crib. Since the baby is already familiar with the feel and smell of his Snuggle Nest, the transition is eased. Use the Snuggle Nest as a travel bed: Even parents who do not choose to co-sleep can find a great use for the Snuggle Nest as a travel bed. Simply pack the Snuggle Nest’s walled area with baby’s clothing and other small supplies and this 3 pound bed folds into a small suitcase with a convenient carrying handle. Take it anywhere, including daycare, hotels, and grandparents’ house. It is so compact that it easily fits into the overhead compartment of airplanes. There is no other infant bed this convenient for travel! Can also be used as changing table when baby out grows it."
